Your credit card will not be charged, unless don't show or per our cancellation policy under. Due to our remote location currently we can only accept credit card payments via PayPal prior to your arrival- if you intend to pay by Credit Card please let us know and we will send you a link you can pay anytime prior to arrival. On location we can only accept cash (US Dollars or Colones)

• Maximum of 3 people only in suitable Villa)
• TikiVillas due to landscape and construction is an adult only lodge so we regret it is not suitable for children under 14 years of age
• Pets are not permitted
• All prices are subject to change. Please confirm rates when making your reservation, once reservation is compleate your price is guaranteed
• Check in at 2:00pm and check out at 11:00am. Occasionally other times may be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Cancellation Policy

Your reservation is guaranteed by credit card, however this will only be charged if you do not show up or as per the cancellation policy below:

• Within 24 hours of confirming a reservation - no cancellation fee
• 30 days or more - no cancellation fee
• 10-29 days from arrival date - payment of 50% of rental booked
• 9 days prior to arrival date, cancellation, no show, amendment of arrival day or early departure - subject to full payment of the rental booked.
• As we are a small Lodge with only 5 Villas and upon reservation we block your Villa, we can not make exeptions to the cancellation policy unless we can fill the room last minute which is very seldom. We suggest a travel insurance to cover eventality of last minute travel plan changes due to any unexpected reasons.
